ThinkLite uses its own proprietary heat sink material in the construction of all its products. ThinkLite heat sink is specifically designed to maximize the internal heat capacity of the system, ensuring that the internal temperature is most stable and remains cool.

The heat sink is constructed with an industrial grade 6063 aluminum and steel alloy that is discretely treated, anodized and shaped to transfer maximum surface area, while minimizing the overall weight of the system.
