Since its inception in 2009, ThinkLite has grown and scaled on the foundation of these 5 core values that were instilled in our founders, Danny and Dinesh Wadhwani, since childhood. With time, we realized these values inherently shaped our growth, guiding the relationship we nurtured with our customers, partners, and our employees. Today, these core values are a key part of ThinkLite’s company culture. 

Our Company is built on the core values of Unity, Excellence, Drive, Compassion, and Fun that were inspired by our founders’ grandfather, Parsram Wadhwani.
