Now more than ever, as schools and universities across the nation begin to drop mask mandates, there is an increased pressure on ventilation and filtration systems to keep teachers and children safe from future outbreaks of coronavirus. The EPA and other indoor air quality experts are urging schools to assess and update their air quality systems, and congress has approved relief packages with funding for schools to implement upgrades and get up to code. Implementing such measures are vital to providing continuous in-person education for a sustainable future.
